Schneider: Revise county law on jailed illegal immigrants

Cook County Commissioner Tim Schneider of Bartlett wants the county to amend its ordinance that allows the county to ignore requests from the U.S. Immigrant and Customs Enforcement to be notified when a suspected illegal immigrant is being released from jail.
